We guarantee a free return and full refund if:

✅ an item wasn’t accurately described

✅ an item arrives in poor condition

✅ an item is never shipped by the Seller

✅ you don’t like the style/ quality/ fit of the item

To be eligible for a return, we ask that you reach out to support within 7 days of receiving your order. We’re always happy to help – we’ll pay for the shipping back to the Seller, and help you coordinate the return with the Seller every step of the way.

Your buyers on Cargo are your customers and followers – it always pays to be up transparent and honest about what you are selling on Cargo so that you can build a devoted following, which is the key to success on Cargo!

When a return is started and approved by Cargo, the buyer will receive a link to their prepaid return label. Cargo will cover the cost of the return shipping back to you; we never want returns to be a deterrent to your business.
